“I have been working with Maryann for a little over a year now. She is one of the most diligent, conscientious, capable and thorough people I know, let alone of the many energy practitioners and psychics I’ve seen.  She is always in support of me, encouraging and never belittles me. And while she doesn’t mess around or beat around the bush, she is never confrontational with me (I’ve had some bad experiences with other practitioners). And I’ve never once felt judged by her or like she’s misinterpreting or not understanding what I’m trying to communicate.

I found Maryann’s website doing research into different psychics to address some issues. I initially did a few cord removal sessions with her that were very helpful and over time I saw old dynamics breaking apart.  I would say it was a precursor to dealing with the many other issues I was having with being an empath and with my psychic faculties becoming more sensitive.  For about a year prior to these sessions, I had been absorbing energy from everyone around me, and I started to realize I was also dealing with spirits attaching to me. This was all manifesting physically. It was starting to affect every aspect of my life, but since I had the option to self-isolate, I wasn’t immediately forced to deal with this issue head on. This was until I realized there were very negative entities in my apartment as well that were affecting me. I couldn’t sit on my couch, and I couldn’t sit in various places. It felt like there was something in my bed.
When I finally realized that they were entities and not my energy, one started to get bigger and angrier. Knowing I needed a professional, I sat down and prayed for what to do. In two seconds, Maryann’s face came into my mind and I knew that she was my answer (I had been seeking help from various practitioners and had only done a few sessions with Maryann at this point). I started to write an email to her and immediately the one entity got 10 times worse, filling the apartment. I knew I was on the right track if this entity was threatened by this. But it was so bad that I had to leave and go to a hotel, which wasn’t much better, to finish the email and sleep. The next night I slept in my truck and felt some peace. Maryann got back to me quickly even though she was scheduled to be on vacation with her family because she knew I was in such a desperate place she did everything she could to help me, although she needed to wait until she got back home to fully address the apartment.

In the meantime I went back to the apartment to gather some of my things. When I walked through the door my knees almost buckled. The air was thick with negativity and my entire body started hurting and it was hard to breathe. I gathered up what I needed and got out of there. Sleeping in my truck was more peaceful, but I was faced with going into restaurants and grocery stores to get food and exist in public places, which sounds silly but I was so vulnerable to everything, I couldn’t walk out of those places without negative energy and entities attached to me, giving me all kinds of bodily problems, it was like living in a nightmare.  Maryann stayed in contact with me the whole time giving me tools and encouraging me but trying not to make me more scared knowing that that would only hurt the situation. And she was helping me behind the scenes. I knew she had my back and I didn’t feel nearly as alone.

As soon as she got back, she cleared the apartment and she cleared out a whole network of dark entities that were in my body and field.  I then went back to the apartment. I didn’t know what to expect, but when I walked through the door it was entirely different. The energy that had almost made me fall over was gone and it felt much lighter and clearer.  After a little while I was feeling symptoms again. What I didn’t fully understand, though, was that my energy field still needed to be built back up and I was still allowing myself to be open to negative energies and spirits in general, and I was still dealing with negative energy that had accumulated. That doesn’t necessarily just clear out all at once. Maryann had given me tools to use to protect myself, but there was just so much affecting me that I only half-believed that they were working. You have to believe that the tools are working for them to work. Our minds are powerful.
During a time when there was limited cell service for emails, Maryann stayed in contact with me as much as she could, but I ended up staying in my truck for a couple more weeks driving around to places that felt clearer. In this time it became more apparent that a lot of spirits were affecting me and were starting to come into my truck. I started to try to help them ascend on their own just following my instincts, and while this worked for a handful of them, that whole situation kept getting worse. When availability of cell service for emails returned, Maryann double checked the apartment making sure it was clear and we had a session where she firmly explained that it is not my job to help these souls ascend and that I have to claim my body, my space and my apartment and start rebuilding my field and my life and that I couldn’t outrun this problem. I went back to my apartment and did as best I could. We started doing regular sessions which I was in desperate need of, and she’s been mentoring me and watching after me since. Shortly after I returned to my apartment I also found some tools on my own for protecting my field through a book on Pranic Healing self-defense and, given the nature in which I discovered them, my mind could really get behind them and they worked. Maryann was in full support of me using these tools as well.

My life has completely turned around and things keep shifting and improving. I can go to the grocery store and do regular things. She is able to provide regular feedback and guidance for me on my experiences and has helped me to not only develop, but also to learn to control my psychic and empathic abilities and have more discipline with them as this is difficult territory to navigate. When I had been absorbing everyone’s energy I was discovering a lot about my relationship dynamics and the vast amounts of negative energy that so many people carry with them.

Now Maryann is helping me to heal these dynamics and to not become vulnerable again to all that negativity. We have been working to address many things including mindset changes, unconscious/subconscious programs, my personal history and patterns, ancestral issues, past lives and simply re-adjusting to normal life like going to family visits, events, funerals, etc. She’s also taught me how I had been opening myself up to outside energies so much in the first place, other than being born this way, and why my field had been so damaged. One of these reasons for a damaged and compromised field was that I uncharacteristically took mushrooms about a year prior and took too much. It opened me up and damaged my field and let in a ton of negative stuff even just that night alone. I was also consciously and unconsciously trying to help everyone with their issues without knowing how to properly maintain boundaries and protection.

Another issue was that my going to other practitioners prior to this situation is that other practitioners didn’t know how to protect me from their clients’ energies and from outside energies during sessions and their doing work that negatively impacted me even though they meant well. Maryann is one of the few people I’ve been to where I’ve never walked away having to clear her energy from my field. She is a rare resource too because she helps monitor my field for me to make sure I’m still in good shape.  She has made EFT scripts for me, has done Scalar Wave for certain issues, medical intuition, etc.  It has all had a tremendous positive impact, but it’s too much to include here.  Maryann is also very knowledgeable and careful about how these things are spaced out as there is only so much that can be done at one time while maintaining a balanced equilibrium.  It takes time and it’s a process, but in that way Maryann’s also a bit like a spiritual personal trainer.

I didn’t know if I was going to make it out of all that, and I’m sure I was in more trouble than I even realize. When I look back on where I was, I can’t believe the difference. Not just in the energy absorption and the spirits, but my outlook on life including a more healthy involvement and mindset with other people, etc. If you’re an empath who is struggling, I would absolutely recommend even doing one session with Maryann.
